I am a 48 year old nurse. I have dealt with kidney issues since birth, having surgery at 3 and 7 years old. At the age of 15 I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. I have had several heart procedures, a combination of genetics and the listed medical issues. My first living donor kidney transplant was in 2007. In 2018 that kidney failed and I started on dialysis again. I have been trying everything I can to keep working and still get the treatments that I need. It is becoming almost impossible to do now. I would greatly appreciate you sharing my story and need of a kidney to your loved ones.
