My name is Thomas Pollino and I had found out I was going in kidney failure on March 17 2020 the exact day I was at a hospital waiting for my grandson to be born. What was going to be one of the happiest days of my life also turned into one of the worst days of my life. Around a year later it had turned into end stage renal failure through managing my diet and completely changing my lifestyle I was able to hold off dialysis until October 2, 2023 that’s the day I started and things just haven’t been the same since it’s hard to work full-time i have a disabled wife at home also and 3 grandchildren with 1 one the way that it’s hard to spend as much time with as I would like, I hope my story reaches the right person and God willing would like to donate. Thank you for allowing me to share my story.
