I was diagnosed with end-stage renal disease in 2016 and received a life-saving transplant in 2017. I donor was the most selfless wonderful human and I can’t thank him and his family enough for their gift of life. That transplanted kidney was rejected in 2024. I am currently on home peritoneal dialysis and am looking for a new kidney donor who can save my life. I’m about to become a grandmother and want to live for that baby! I want to see him grow up. I want to live a more quality life with my husband who is my caregiver. I’m on the active transplant list, however, living donation is the best form of treatment. Will you be my next hero?
