My story started when I was 3 yrs old. I was very sick and my doctor at the time never caught it. It wasn’t until I almost died that I got the help I needed. But by then I had a really bad kidney infection that the doctors think made my urine backwash into my kidneys and scar them. Ever since then, I have been having trouble with my kidneys and treated by doctors. My kidneys are currently ranging between 15 and 20%. I have not had to start dialysis yet but have just had a fistula put in to get ready. I know that there are probably other people out there in more need than myself but I thought I would try this site.
